Introducing Lyra Health

Lyra Health is Informatica's new administrator for EAP and mental health benefits. Lyra provides a range of support and services anytime, anywhere, and on any device – so you can get support when you need it. With Lyra all employees and their dependents are eligible for:

  • Up to 16 coaching/therapy sessions at no cost to the employee
  • In-person, video, self-care, and onsite care options
  • Digital platform with appointments available within 24 hours
  • Access to the Calm app for meditation, sleep, and relaxation support
Benefit2022 Changes
Rates While healthcare costs continue to rise across the board, Informatica was able to maintain the same employee contribution rates for Kaiser Medical, MetLife Dental, and VSP Vision coverages in 2022. The Aetna medical plans had a marginal rate increase for 2022.
For Aetna membersIn 2022, your pharmacy coverage will be provided by CVS Caremark. New Aetna/CVS Caremark ID cards will be issued and should be received in home by December 31, 2021. The new ID cards will include both your Aetna ID number along with the new pharmacy coverage information.
HSA/FSA We will be moving to a new HSA/FSA vendor for 2022. Wex Benefits will administer our FSA and HSA accounts. If you currently have an HSA with HealthEquity and/or FSA with Navia, please find your options below for the transfer of your account to our new vendor.
  • HealthEquity HSA – You will have the option in Workday to elect to create and contribute to a Wex HSA in 2022. You will also have the option to transfer your current HealthEquity account over to your Wex HSA.
  • Navia FSA – Informatica adopted an unlimited carryover to plan year 2022. The balance remaining in your 2021 FSA at the end of the claim runout period will be moved to your 2022 FSA on or after May 1, 2022.
Critical Illness and Accident InsuranceThrough a change in vendor to Aetna, many of the rates for these insurance types reduced. With medical claims integration with these coverages for Aetna members, the claims process will provide an enhanced experience for our covered employees.

HOW TO ENROLL

Enroll at Workday for all benefits except MetLife Auto, Home, and Pet Insurance, and the Fidelity 401(k) plan. For these exceptions, you must enroll directly with the respective vendor.

Through Workday you can complete your enrollment any time, day or night.

Who’s eligible?

All active regular full-time or part-time regular employees who are scheduled to work at least 24 hours per week are eligible to participate in Informatica’s benefits program. You may also cover your eligible dependents under Informatica’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life benefits.

Your eligible dependents include:

  • Spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite gender)
  • Your child(ren) and your covered spouse’s or domestic partner’s child(ren) up to age 26
  • Disabled children who became disabled on or before age 26
